According to a source from the 2022 Municipal Conference on High-quality Development of Industry and Finance on February 18, to arouse the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of entrepreneurs, and better leverage the role of entrepreneurs, the general offices of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government released the Notice on Doing the Entrepreneur Care Work Well, which contains 10 measures.
Establishing "Jingzhou Entrepreneur Activity Day": Jingzhou will set November 8 as "Jingzhou Entrepreneur Activity Day" in accordance with relevant regulations, the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government will organize visits to entrepreneurs in appropriate forms, industry and commerce federations, departments of economy and information technology, commerce departments and other departments will send flowers and wishes to key local entrepreneurs right before their birthdays.
Establishing entrepreneur models: Jingzhou will establish 20 entrepreneur models across the city annually, make them public in places such as Jingzhou Shashi Airport, Jingzhou Railway Station and Jingzhou Administrative Service Center, offer development support according to relevant policies, and distribute "service cards for outstanding entrepreneurs in Jingzhou" to chairmen and general managers (presidents) of Outstanding Entrepreneurs of the Year, the Top 50 Industrial Enterprises by Revenues and the Top 50 Taxpaying Enterprises in Jingzhou.
Providing convenient transportation: Card-holding entrepreneurs and their two entourage members may enjoy VIP or green channel service at Jingzhou Shashi Airport and Jingzhou Railway Station by showing valid identity cards, air tickets or train tickets.
Providing quality medical services: Card-holding entrepreneurs may enjoy green channel outpatient, in-patient and medical check-up services, as well as provincial hospital networking service at designated hospitals such as Jingzhou Central Hospital, Jingzhou First People's Hospital, Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and people's hospitals of counties, cities and districts.
Coordinating efforts to help entrepreneurs' children enter kindergartens or schools: Educational departments of cities and counties should coordinate efforts to help if card-holding entrepreneurs have demand for enrollment of their children by kindergartens or schools.
Organizing outward training: Jingzhou will send two groups of entrepreneurs (over 50 members per group) annually to developed areas for training, surveys or exchanges.
Recommending and selecting economic advisers: Jingzhou will select over 20 advisers to the economic development of Jingzhou annually from entrepreneurs in Jingzhou, and recommend them as service experts for the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee. The CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government will convene a seminar at least every six months, to solicit opinions and suggestions from economic advisers and entrepreneurs.
Establishing entrepreneur clubs: Jingzhou will establish entrepreneur clubs in counties, cities, districts and Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, to provide services such as training, fitness, culture & art and exchange, thereby building an entrepreneur exchange platform.
Offering innovation & entrepreneurship lectures: Jingzhou will offer innovation & entrepreneurship lectures in Party schools at the city and county levels, and organize at least one lecture every quarter so that outstanding entrepreneurs can share their entrepreneurship experience with micro, small & medium enterprises, as well as students of universities, colleges and technical schools.
Holding entrepreneur gatherings: The CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government will hold an entrepreneur gathering before every Spring Festival so that municipal leaders can exchange sentiments of friendship and seek common development with outstanding entrepreneurs.
